SCREEN PRINTING + CUSTOM T-SHIRTS
Screen Printing is best for your budget if you want to print a lot of items on a budget. If you are printing 1 or 2 colors colors on 100 or more shirts, Screen Printing is going to be the most affordable option. Screen Printing allows for commercially mixed PMS color matches and specialty inks like glitter, metallics, glow and puff. Our minimum order for screen printing is 25 pieces and we can screen print more than 6000 shirts in one day.
EMBROIDERY, HATS + PATCHES
Embroidery is the most elegant of decoration methods that's still an affordable option when you want to scale up your look. Perfect for caps, hats, pollos, and outerwear, Pricing for embroidery is not based on number of colors like printing. Pricing is largely dependent on "Stitch Count"or the density of coverage of your logo. Also ask us about embroidered, woven, or stamped patches as a creative way decorate your hats and outerwear.

DIRECT TO FILM
(DTF) PRINTING
When you need a lot of colors or you only need a few shirts, Direct to Film (DTF) is the way to go. Sampan is the first shop in the Louisville area to print with M&Rs top-of-the-line industrial Direct to Film (DTF) machine, giving Sampan the ability to print detailed, full color prints with no minimums and affordable quantity discounts, Commercial Direct To Film Printing is a relatively new technology that cuts down on set up time, reduces chemical use, and prints multicolored artwork faster, cheaper and with more precision than traditional screen printing.. An added benefit is that DTF uses ink that maintains the same vibrance and feel of a screen printed shirt compared to the washed out color of Direct To Garment and Sublimated prints . DTF also has a softer touch and does not have the plasticlike sheen that can come with large coverage of cut vinyl prints.

CUSTOM CLOTHING + ACCESSORIES
Screen printed t-shirts get al of the attention, but we can print your design or logo on virtually any garment with a variety of techniques including: Decorated Vinyl Printing: For names and numbers on jerseys, full color prints that need extra crispness, metallic and reflective letters Dye Sublimation Printing: For all-over prints, biking body suits wrestling singlets, and photo blankets . Sublimation works best on polyester. When an item is sublimated, the ink embeds into the white material for a soft, smooth touch. Direct to Garment: Direct to Garment printing uses water-based inks to spray an image onto cotton garments. Direct to Garment is like DTF in that it's affordable to print full color at low quantities, but Direct to Garment prints do not have the same look and fee as traditional screen printing. If you want embedded prints soft to the the touch on cotton, ask for Direct to Garment,
